Get more active - Fitness in the Community and SW1 Runners

Grosvenor and White Room Fitness have launched Fitness in the Community - a new series of outdoor exercise classes in Belgravia and Mayfair. The classes cost £5 each and are led by White Room Fitness, a team of luxury fitness experts based in Belgravia. They comprise pilates and circuit training sessions, first thing in the morning and later in the evening at Brown Hart Gardens, Mayfair and the gardens at Eccleston Place, Belgravia. Motcomb Street and Pantechnicon - 27th July

Grosvenor and Westminster City Council are planning significant public realm improvements to Motcomb Street, Kinnerton Street and Lowndes Street, alongside the Grosvenor redevelopment of the Pantechnicon building. Construction works on the public realm will begin in the near future and we would like to invite you to a presentation of our full plans and proposed timeline ahead of this. Confirmation of Article 4 Direction: Basements Further to its decision to make an Article 4 Direction in respect of Basements in July 2015, Westminster City Council has confirmed a borough-wide, non-immediate Article 4 Direction to remove permitted development rights granted by Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 for the enlargement, improvement or other alteration of a dwellinghouse, by way of basement development, lightwells, or any other development below the dwellinghouse or its curtilage.
