Motcomb Street and Pantechnicon - 27th July
Grosvenor and Westminster City Council are planning significant public realm improvements to Motcomb Street, Kinnerton Street and Lowndes Street, alongside the Grosvenor redevelopment of the Pantechnicon building. Construction works on the public realm will begin in the near future and we would like to invite you to a presentation of our full plans and proposed timeline ahead of this. Members of the project team will be present to answer any questions. Prior to this it is important to note that Thames Water will be replacing the water main in Motcomb Street and we have been advised that these works will start on 11th July.
The details of this public meeting are as follows: -
Wednesday 27th July 2016 from 6.30pm at
The Jumeirah Carlton Tower Cadogan Place, London SW1X 9PY
Please note that a separate meeting will be held for local businesses to discuss their specific needs at a separate time. Following this presentation we will begin holding regular meetings with the community providing updates on progress and to answer questions. If you are interested in being involved in these meetings, please let us know via email or at the meeting on 27th July. If you have any questions or queries ahead of the meeting please call us, or my colleague Rowan Cole at Soundings on 020 7729 1705 (firstname.lastname@example.org), or visit our website at http://www.grosvenorlondon.com/contact/about/public-realm/projects/motcomb-street/
