33 Grosvenor Place - works begin

Erith Ltd inform that the site expects to commence enabling works from Monday 22nd May.

Deliveries of various Plant and materials will therefore begin to arrive on site in preparation.

As previously advised, over the first few weeks enabling works to construct an access ramp from the vehicle entrance in Chester Mews down to the basement level within the building will take place. This will involve some noisy works as we break out part of the ground floor concrete slab to facilitate the new ramp.

Project Working Hours

Erith Ltd will adhere to the following working hours as defined by Westminster City Council:

Monday to Friday 8.00am and 6.00pm

*(No noisy works, namely- percussive breaking between the hours of 10am -12pm & 2pm - 4pm)

Saturday 8.00am to 1.00pm (No noisy works, namely - percussive breaking)
