Festival: 18 - 21 January World-class light installations will light up the dark wintery nights in January, as Victoria is announced as one of the key destinations for this year’s Lumiere London Festival. Lumiere London will bring three installations to the area, supported by the Victoria Business Improvement District. ‘The Light of the Spirit’ by artist Patrice Warrener returns to Westminster Abbey to illuminate the West Towers and the Great North Door. Two further installations in the Victoria Street area will be unveiled shortly.
