Grosvenor will imminently be submitting a planning application which proposes to carry out some improvements to 52 Grosvenor Gardens. As you may have seen the four retail units (STA Travel, Majestic, Belgravia Hair Loss and Pure Scooters) have all vacated which has prompted us to review and improve the building. We invite you to attend a drop in exhibition to update you on the proposed works including:
Extension and refurbishment of the reception
Creation of high quality cycle and shower facilities
Combination of existing four units to create two flagship retail units
Ongoing maintenance and environmental performance improvements
The Grosvenor Team will be based in the building’s reception on Grosvenor Gardens to talk you through the proposals and answer any questions you may have. You are invited to drop in at any time during the following slots:
