We are pleased to inform that Westminster City Council have recently confirmed a right of return for Walden House residents.
Grosvenor have been working to incorporate feedback from the consultation and develop the designs accordingly. Grosvenor have reviewed:
the height of the buildings
tailored the retail
introduced new community uses
double the number of affordable homes currently available
designed the new space known as Elizabeth Place Gardens with direct input from Coleshill residents.
