Event equipment for hire

HOSTING A FAMILY WEDDING AND WORRIED ABOUT THE COSTS?
Members can now avail themselves of some preferential terms and hire our equipment for their own event.
We have for hire as a package the following for £1,000 for a week’s hire.

1 large white sturdy marquee with windows in the sides 12 metres in length by 6 metres deep

30 blue Plastic outdoor chairs which will not be damaged by rain

30 blue fabric banqueting chairs for indoor use

14 round white plastic tables
-
6 trestle tables for catering purposes

1 large gazebo for entry purposes or as a events tent.

2 toilet tents

2 portable cassette toilets
Price £1,000 for the equipment for a given event.
Members will need to organise for collection and return from and to Islington N7. All equipment could be fitted in a Luton van which similarly could be hired from any national company.

The equivalent cost of hiring such equipment from most of the hire companies would be in the region of £4-4500, albeit that would entail the hire company erecting the marquees and then dismantling when finished. In this case it takes four men who have never put up a tent circa 5 hours to erect all the equipment and similarly three hours to take down and pack away.

A significant saving could therefore be made by hiring the BRA equipment. Non members can similarly hire the equipment for £1500 for the same time period which still is a good saving over hiring from a tent hire company.
