What information do we collect?
As a Member of the BRA we ask you to give us personal information to keep in contact with you and process any payments. This may include your name, address, billing address, email address and telephone number. This information will enable us to fulfil your Membership and to notify you of the status of your Membership, and to resolve possible queries about your Memberships.
We do not hold your credit or debit card details in our computer system at any stage. We process payments through checks, standing orders, Paypal or a credit/debit card terminal without retaining your information in our records.

How long do we keep your personal information?
We undertake to review the personal information you have given us periodically to ensure it is still current and you are happy for us to hold it.

Keeping your details safe and secure
When you give us personal information we record it in an electronic form and it has appropriate protection from loss, and from unauthorised access or change.

Sharing your information
We do not disclose, sell or supply any of your personal information to anyone else except as required by law. Where we distribute information or offers from third parties we will not have supplied your personal information to those third parties.

Third Party Links
Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third party products or services on our website. These third-party sites are not operated or controlled by us. They will have separate and independent privacy policies which you are encouraged to consult. We have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites.

You may write to us to ask that the information we hold about you be disclosed to you, be amended in any way you choose, or be deleted. We will confirm in writing (including by email) in due course that the action you have requested has been carried out. The only exception to this principle is where we are obliged by law to continue to hold specific information.
